HISTORY
The Langa area is our home and we have roots here stretching back to the 19th century.

Cascina Penna-Currado is located near Serralunga d’Alba and has 360° views of the towns in the Langa area. Built in 1554, it is part of the area’s agricultural history. It has been mentioned in various publications as a “historic farmhouse”, first under the name “Santa Giulia” and then the name “Cascina Lazzarito”. Originally owned by the Falletti family, it was subsequently run by a charitable organization as a winery for the estates of Serralunga d’Alba. After a conservative restoration, we gave her a soul again.

The site spans 2400 m² and all of the stages in the production process take place on it, from collection of the grapes that have been harvested to ageing. Energy efficiency and environmental friendliness are top priorities.

VINEYARDS
We design “Langa-driven wines” that are not demonstrative, but can convey instinct, energy, and territorial distinctiveness
We carefully selected our Langa vineyards, choosing fresh sites in areas with plenty of expressive capability both now and in the future, not to mention a wealth of biodiversity and unquestionable, constantly growing potential. We showed the same great care when selecting the sites of the vineyards for our beloved Timorasso Derthona. It is something we are very passionate about, as demonstrated by our great white Piedmont wines.
