The Langa area is our home and we have roots here stretching back to the 19th century. Cascina Penna-Currado is our family project and we’re totally dedicated to it. It’s a people-oriented, forward-thinking dream that’s coming true.

We only know how to do things one way: you can count on us to strive to do our very best every day.
The foundations of Cascina Penna-Currado are formed by our family history. We are the keepers of cultural wine growing and making heritage that stretches back five generations. It all began with the Vietti family estate and winery here in the Langa area, where Luca personally created the wines and oversaw every aspect of production for more than 30 years while Elena was on top of sales and marketing. Since 2023, it’s taken the shape of this new initiative.

This is a young business where different generations come together and each make their own contribution. It means we can respect the past while looking to the future with the fresh perspective provided by our children, Giulia and Michele.
